iPage doesn't provide cron job support, can I use EasyCron as alternative?

I'm trying to set up a cron job on EasyCron as my hosting (iPage.com) doesn't support them. However, the link i've been given to use as my CronJob doesn't seem to be working. It is:

/usr/bin/php -f /PATH/cron.php

Could you advise something please?
