We're even much easier to use than Windows Task Scheduler. You're in no need to install any tools (XXX.exe) on your machine. We're "webcron". You will manage your cron jobs in a web interface.
With paid plans, you will get advanced features (execution logs, email notification, run time predictions, HTTP method and headers customization, etc.). Using Windows server Task Scheduler, these features are not that easy to achieve.
